‘Our experience is that many mental, and some physical diseases may stem from past family trauma, such as suicide, abortion, miscarriage, murder, curses, occult involvement, or war dead.  Healing in the whole family often follows the committal of the unmourned or unrecognised individual to God, preferably done by at least one member of that family’.

Some people suffer physical or mental symptoms that are inadequately explained or treated by conventional treatments. Other people may have family traumas or experience “the inexplicable”. It is our experience that the genesis of such things may often be discovered within the family tree’.

‘People may have relatives who have died in circumstances where they received no committal. Examples of this are war dead, abortions and miscarriages. Relatives may also have died in states of extreme emotion, such as anger or fear’.

‘Generational Healing is the process of spiritual healing needed to deal with such situations’.

‘It is also important to be aware of other spiritual causes. These may be evil spirits (often reflecting a previous involvement in occult activities) or “bondage of the living to the living” - the total and passive dependence of one living person on another. These situations also need spiritual healing’.

The processes of confession and forgiveness, which require liturgical expression, can have a profound and healing effect on the problems being experienced’.
